Organic Ginger Matcha Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • • 1 frozen banana
  • • ¼ cup gluten free oats
  • • 1 cup swiss chard (spinach or kale works, too!)
  • • 1 tsp Aiya Organic Culinary Grade Matcha
  • • 1 oz fresh ginger, peeled
  • • ¼ cup almond milk
  • • Toppings of your choice

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Blend the almond milk, banana, oats and swiss chard together in a high speed blender. You’ll want the ratio of solid to liquid very high.
  • 2. Next, add the Matcha and ginger.
  • 3. Add toppings and enjoy!
