INGREDIENTS
- • 1 frozen banana
- • ¼ cup gluten free oats
- • 1 cup swiss chard (spinach or kale works, too!)
- • 1 tsp Aiya Organic Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 1 oz fresh ginger, peeled
- • ¼ cup almond milk
- • Toppings of your choice
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Blend the almond milk, banana, oats and swiss chard together in a high speed blender. You’ll want the ratio of solid to liquid very high.
- 2. Next, add the Matcha and ginger.
- 3. Add toppings and enjoy!
