INGREDIENTS

  • • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha Powder
  • • 2 tsp baking powder
  • • ¼ tsp salt
  • • 1 cup milk
  • • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • • 1 large egg
  • • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • • Vegetable oil or butter for cooking
  • • Fruits and whipped cream for decoration

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Mix the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, Matcha powder, baking powder, and salt) together in a bowl.
  • 2. Mix wet ingredients (milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract ) together in a separate bowl or cup.
  • 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until everything is just incorporated.
  • 4. Butter or grease your pan on medium heat, and then scoop some pancake batter into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until little bubbles start to form, then flip and cook another minute on the other side.
  • 5. Make different-sized pancakes in order to be able to stack them in the form of a Christmas tree.
  • 6. Stack your pancakes, and decorate them with your favorite toppings.
