  • • 2 eggs
  • • ½ cup rolled oats
  • • 2 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
  • • 1 tsp baking powder
  • • pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Blend together banana, eggs, rolled oats, Culinary Grade Matcha, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until it turns into a smooth batter.
  • 2. Grease your pan with coconut oil or butter.
  • 3. Pour the pancake batter into your pan and flip when pancakes are golden on both sides.
  • 4. Serve with maple syrup and the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
