Matcha Baked Oats

A different spin on the famous Tiktok Baked Oats. This breakfast or treat is easily made by blending all but one ingredient & pouring into a bowl to bake!

INGREDIENTS
- • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
- • ¼ Cup Milk of Choice
- • ½ Ripe Banana
- • 1 Egg
- • 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (Per sweetness preference)
- • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- • 1 tsp Culinary Matcha (Aiya Matcha)
- • ½ tsp Cinnamon
- • Pinch of Salt
- • 2 -3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and set your rack to the middle position.
- 2. In a food processor or blender, add all your ingredients except for the chocolate chips and blend until everything is smooth and well combined.
- 3. Once everything is well blended, add half of your chocolate chips into the batter and stir. Pour into an 8 oz ramekin and add additional chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean. Enjoy immediately, this doesn’t taste too good left out.
