Vegan Matcha Donuts

INGREDIENTS
- Matcha Donuts
- • ¾ cup almond milk
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- • 1 cup of flour
- • ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- • ½ Tbsp matcha powder
- • 1 tsp baking powder
- • ½ tsp baking soda
- • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- • 2 Tbsp honey
- Matcha Glaze
- • 1 cup powdered sugar
- • 1 tsp matcha powder
- • 1 tsp lemon juice
- • 1 tsp almond milk
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- 2. Add all your wet ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
- 3. Slowly add in your dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
- 4. Add the donut mixture with a spoon into your donut mold and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- 5. For the Matcha glaze add 1 cup powdered sugar, ½ tsp matcha powder, 1 tsp almond milk, and 1 tsp lemon juice into a bowl and stir with a whisk until well combined.
- 6. Dip the donuts in the Matcha glaze or put it on with a small spatula.
