Matcha Yuzu Shiso Spritzer

INGREDIENTS

  • • 1 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
  • • ⅔ cup warm water
  • • 3 shiso leaves
  • • 1 Tbsp yuzu juice
  • • 1 bottle sparkling water
  • • ice

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Prepare the Matcha following these instructions and then pour into your tumbler.
  • 2. Add in the shiso leaves and with a muddler crush the leaves until bruised and fragrant. Top with the yuzu juice.
  • 3. Fill the glass with ice and then top with sparkling water.
  • 4. Repeat for as many drinks you want to make.
