INGREDIENTS
- • ½ cup almond butter
- • ½ cup maple syrup
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • ½ cup almond flour
- • ½ cup all purpose flour
- • ½ tsp baking powder
- • ¼ tsp salt
- • ½ cup vegan white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. Then, in a mixing bowl combine the almond butter, maple syrup & vanilla together. Using a spatula combine all ingredients.
- 3. Next, add in almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and Matcha. Mix using your spatula. The batter will be a bit dense.
- 4. Add in your white chocolate morsels.
- 5. Roll your cookies out and place on your baking tray.
- 6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the bottoms have browned.
