Matcha Turtle Cookies

These adorable Matcha turtle cookies are perfect treats for holidays (think St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, even Christmas!), special events, or just as tasty snacks for the whole family. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- • 2 cups flour
- • 1 cup butter
- • ½ cup sugar
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- 2. Stir in vanilla and Matcha.
- 3. Add flour and mix well.
- 4. Take ¾ of cookie dough and form into balls on baking sheet approximately 2
- 5. Use a fork and gently press onto cookie dough diagonally left and right.
- 6. Take remaining ¼ cookie dough and roll small balls to form arms, legs and heads.
- 7. Use a toothpick to make eyes on all turtle heads.
- 8. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly brown.
- 9. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
