Matcha Tiramisu

Take a bite (or six!) into this fluffy, whipped Matcha Tiramisu. This delicious dessert is easy to assemble, and extremely customizable!


Matcha Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS

  • • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • • ¼ cup sugar
  • • 1 cup heavy cream
  • • 6 slices store-bought sponge or pound cake
  • • 2 Tbsp Aiya’s Culinary Grade Matcha, plus more to sprinkle
  • • ¼ cup hot water
  • • 2 Tbsp your favorite liqueur

DIRECTIONS

  • 1 Bring the mascarpone cheese up to room temperature. Use an electric mixture to whip the cheese until it takes on a creamy consistency. Add the sugar and whip together.
  • 2 Use the hot water to dissolve the Matcha. Arrange the cake in a bowl and pour the Matcha and liqueur over the cake.
  • 3 In a separate container, line the cake from step three and spread the cream over the top. Let it cool in the refrigerator. Sift the extra Matcha over the tiramisu for decoration.
