This cookie consists of a delectable Matcha and dark chocoloate mixture with notes of coconut. It has an excepitonally fluffy and chewy texture that will melt in your mouth.


Matcha Single Serve Cookie

INGREDIENTS

  • • 3 Tbsp almond butter
  • • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • • 1½ Tbsp coconut sugar
  • • 1 Tbsp milk of choice
  • • 4 Tbsp almond flour
  • •1 tsp Culinary Grade Matcha Powder
  • • ⅛ tsp baking soda
  • • pinch of salt
  • • dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and your milk of choice.
  • 2. Combine in the almond flour, Matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • 3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  • 4. Shape into a cookie on a parchment lined baking tray, flatten it and top with more chocolate chips.
  • 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350° F. Wait for it to cool before enjoying.
