Matcha Single Serve Cookie
This cookie consists of a delectable Matcha and dark chocoloate mixture with notes of coconut. It has an excepitonally fluffy and chewy texture that will melt in your mouth.

INGREDIENTS
- • 3 Tbsp almond butter
- • 1 tsp maple syrup
- • 1½ Tbsp coconut sugar
- • 1 Tbsp milk of choice
- • 4 Tbsp almond flour
- •1 tsp Culinary Grade Matcha Powder
- • ⅛ tsp baking soda
- • pinch of salt
- • dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and your milk of choice.
- 2. Combine in the almond flour, Matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- 4. Shape into a cookie on a parchment lined baking tray, flatten it and top with more chocolate chips.
- 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350° F. Wait for it to cool before enjoying.
