Matcha Sagot Gulaman

INGREDIENTS

  • ● 1 packet Aiya Sweetened Matcha To Go
  • ● 1 cup milk
  • ● ½ cup nata de coco
  • ● 2 Tbsp sago
  • ● ½ cup water
  • ● ½ cup muscovado sugar
  • ● Ice

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Cook sago per manufacturer’s instruction.
  • 2. Heat ½ cup water with ½ cup muscovado sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add cooked sago and braise on low for 3-5 min.
  • 3. Mix Matcha and milk together. Set aside.
  • 4. Fill a cup with sago, nata de coco, and ice. Add Matcha milk. Serve with a boba straw and a spoon.
