MATCHA PEACH ICED LATTE

Hello peach season! This Matcha latte features a bright and flavorful peach puree to create just the right amount of summer-y sweetness.

INGREDIENTS
- • 2 medium peaches, peeled and diced
- • ¼ cup water, room temperature
- • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- • 1 Tbsp quality honey
- • 2 tsp Aiya’s Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 1 cup water, boiling
- • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a blender add the peaches, ¼ cup water, vanilla extract, lemon juice and honey. Blend until smooth. Run mixture through a fine mesh strainer to ensure no lumps remain.
- 2. In a separate bowl add the Matcha powder. slowly add the boiling water while whisking. Whisk until Matcha is fully dissolved in the water. Let cool to room temperature.
- 3. When ready to assemble evenly divide the peach puree between two jars. Fill glass with ice.
- 4. Top with the Matcha mixture followed by the coconut milk. Enjoy!
