Matcha Milk Tea Pudding

This smooth, creamy, and silk Matcha pudding is delicious and great for every occassion.

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 pack of gelatin powder (about 0.25 oz)
- • 2 Tbsp hot water
- • 1 tsp Culinary Grade Matcha Powder
- • 2 Tbsp sugar
- • 1 cup whole milk
- • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- • some brown sugar boba (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Mix one bag of gelatin powder with 2 Tbsp hot water and set aside.
- 2. Sift Matcha powder into a small bowl and add heavy whipping cream. Use a bamboo whisk to quickly whisk until the matcha powder has fully suspended.
- 3. Heat the milk with sugar, bring the mixture to almost boil, and then turn off the heat.
- 4. Add the gelatin and Matcha mixture into the milk mixture and stir all together until the gelatin completely dissolves.
- 5. Pour the mixture into small containers. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
- 6. Top with brown sugar boba.
