Matcha Kale and Peach Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • • 2 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
  • • 1 cup almond milk
  • • 2 kale leaves, stems removed
  • • 1 – 2 ripe peaches
  • • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • • a handful of ice
  • • 1 frozen banana (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  • 2. Blend until you have a smooth consistency.
  • 3. For a creamier smoothie, add a frozen banana to the mix.
