Matcha Ginger Tea

A potent pick-me-up for those cool summer nights, our Matcha Ginger Tea has a mild, yet pleasant bite that pairs well with the rich flavor of Matcha.

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 1 ½ cups water
- • 2 tsp ginger, sliced
- • 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ginger and simmer for 20 minutes, then strain.
- 2. Spoon Matcha into a large mug. Add a little bit of the ginger water and whisk briskly to combine. Add the rest of the ginger water and whisk again.
