Matcha Frozen Yogurt Barks

INGREDIENTS

  • • 1 cup whole milk greek yogurt
  • • 1-2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • • 2 tsp Culinary Grade Matcha
  • • blueberries, raspberries, cacao nibs, walnuts, and chopped white chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. In a bowl, mix together greek yogurt, your sweetener of choice, and sifted Culinary Grade Matcha until well combined.
  • 2. Transfer yogurt mixture to a parchment lined baking tray and spread into an even layer. have fun and add your toppings of choice all over!
  • 3. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight until the yogurt hardens completely. Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy!
  • 4. Store any leftovers in the freezer for an easy dessert.
