Matcha Energy Bites
The most delicious energy bites filled with healthy ingredients such as almond flour, honey, matcha, chia, hemp and peanut butter. Make these ahead of time for those days you might need an easy pick-me-up.

INGREDIENTS
- • ½ Cup Almond Flour
- • ½ Cup Coconut Flour
- • ⅓ Cup Honey
- • ½ Cup Natural Nut Butter
- • 1½ tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Add your dry ingredients into a medium bowl (almond flour, Matcha, chia seeds and hemp seeds). Mix until well combined. Then mix in your wet ingredients (nut butter of choice and honey) until a dough begins to form.
- 2. Using your hands, begin to form little balls and place them on a parchment lined sheet. Repeat until you are done with the mixture.
- 3. Place your sheet into the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy!
- 4. Store leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
