Matcha Chocolate Yogurt Bark

This Matcha Chocolate Yogurt bark is a delicious cold snack that has a bold Matcha and chocolate flavor and some gooey frozen honey.


Matcha Chocolate Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS

  • • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate
  • • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
  • • 2 Tbsp honey

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Melt the chocolate and spread it over a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 2. Freeze for about an hour.
  • 3. Spoon out Greek yogurt into a bowl and add Matcha powder. Mix thoroughly.
  • 4. Spread Matcha yogurt mix on top of the frozen chocolate.
  • 5. Drizzle honey on top and freeze for another couple hours.
  • 6. Break with a knife or your hands and enjoy!
