Matcha Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS
- • 1/4 cup almond flour
- • 1 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 1/4 tsp baking powder
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • 1 large egg
- • 1 Tbsp milk of choice
- • 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
- • 2 Tbsp chocolate chips, divided
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Add all of your dry ingredients (almond flour, Culinary Grade Matcha, and baking powder) to a large mug, mix until everything is well distributed.
- 2. Then add your wet ingredients (vanilla extract, egg, milk of choice, and melted coconut oil). Stir until everything is well combined. Add 1 Tbsp of your chocolate chips to the batter. Stir again to distribute.
- 3. Microwave for about 90 seconds (may be between 60-120 seconds or 1-2 minutes depending on your microwave). Top with an additional tbs of chocolate chips and ENJOY!
