Cream Cheese Foam Matcha Latte

INGREDIENTS

  • • 2 packets Sweetened Matcha To Go (or 2 Tbsp Sweetened Matcha Blend)
  • • 12-16 oz hot water, divided
  • • 1 ½ oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • • 3 Tbsp milk
  • • 4 Tbsp whipping cream
  • • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • • ¼ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Then add milk, 1 tbsp at a time, and mix until smooth and combined.
  • 2. Add whipping cream, sugar, and salt, and beat until thick.
  • 3. Prepare two cups. In each cup, mix 6-8 oz of hot water and 1 packet of Sweetened Matcha To Go (or 1 Tbsp of Sweetened MatchaBlend).
  • 4. Spoon cream cheese foam on top of Matcha latte. Enjoy!
