Cream Cheese Foam Matcha Latte

Take your Matcha latte to the next level by adding this thick and tasty cream cheese foam.

INGREDIENTS
- • 2 packets Sweetened Matcha To Go (or 2 Tbsp Sweetened Matcha Blend)
- • 12-16 oz hot water, divided
- • 1 ½ oz cream cheese, room temperature
- • 3 Tbsp milk
- • 4 Tbsp whipping cream
- • 1 Tbsp sugar
- • ¼ tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Then add milk, 1 tbsp at a time, and mix until smooth and combined.
- 2. Add whipping cream, sugar, and salt, and beat until thick.
- 3. Prepare two cups. In each cup, mix 6-8 oz of hot water and 1 packet of Sweetened Matcha To Go (or 1 Tbsp of Sweetened MatchaBlend).
- 4. Spoon cream cheese foam on top of Matcha latte. Enjoy!
