Hello peach season! This Matcha latte features a bright and flavorful peach puree to create just the right amount of summer-y sweetness.


MATCHA PEACH ICED LATTE

INGREDIENTS

  • • 2 medium peaches, peeled and diced
  • • ¼ cup water, room temperature
  • • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • • 1 Tbsp quality honey
  • • 2 tsp Aiya’s Culinary Grade Matcha
  • • 1 cup water, boiling
  • • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. In a blender add the peaches, ¼ cup water, vanilla extract, lemon juice and honey. Blend until smooth. Run mixture through a fine mesh strainer to ensure no lumps remain.
  • 2. In a separate bowl add the Matcha powder. slowly add the boiling water while whisking. Whisk until Matcha is fully dissolved in the water. Let cool to room temperature.
  • 3. When ready to assemble evenly divide the peach puree between two jars. Fill glass with ice.
  • 4. Top with the Matcha mixture followed by the coconut milk. Enjoy!
