Lavender Matcha Dalgona

This super easy Lavender Matcha Dalgona combines floral lavender, energizing Matcha, and creamy whipped topping... a dreamy combination.

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 cup milk
- • 1 Tbsp culinary lavender
- • ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste
- • 1 egg white
- • 1 packet Aiya Sweetened Matcha To Go Sticks
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a saucepan, heat milk on medium-low heat. When it starts to simmer, turn off the heat, then add lavender and vanilla bean paste. Cover with lid then let it steep for 20 min. Strain the milk into another container and let it cool.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg white until stiff white peaks form. Sift in the Matcha packet and whisk until well incorporated.
- 3. Fill a cup with ice. Add lavender milk then top with whipped Matcha. Enjoy!
