Vegan Matcha Chip Frappe

Creamy and slushy, this vegan-friendly Matcha frappe is the perfect midday pick-me-up.

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 4 frozen almond milk cubes
- • 1 cup almond milk
- • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or 2 dates, pitted
- • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Freeze almond milk in an ice cube tray.
- 2. In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the cacao nibs. Blend until a slushy texture is reached.
- 3. Lastly, add cacao nibs and pulse in. Pour and enjoy.
