This Matcha smoothie is a tropical, fruity concoction that’s nutritious, refreshingly delicious, and doesn’t separate in the refrigerator.

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- • 1 can light coconut milk
- • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- • 2 ½ Tbsp agave nectar, or sweetener of your choice
- • ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- • 1 cup frozen pineapples
- • ½ ripe banana
- • ½ cup ice 1 pinch of salt
- • 1 pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a blender, blend all ingredients together on high-speed, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
