Matcha Kale and Peach Smoothie

Combined with the superfood properties of kale, this smoothie is the perfect healthy start to an active, productive day.

 INGREDIENTS
- • 2 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
 - • 1 cup almond milk
 - • 2 kale leaves, stems removed
 - • 1 – 2 ripe peaches
 - • ½ tsp grated ginger
 - • a handful of ice
 - • 1 frozen banana (optional)
 
 DIRECTIONS
- 1. Add all ingredients to blender.
 - 2. Blend until you have a smooth consistency.
 - 3. For a creamier smoothie, add a frozen banana to the mix.
