Small Batch Matcha Tiramisu

This small batch Matcha Tiramisu is the perfect treat for the summer season. Its a no bake recipe that makes 4 mini jars that you can share with your friends and family or have it all by yourself.

INGREDIENTS
- • 160g heavy whipping cream
- • 160g mascarpone cheese
- • 2 Tbsp sugar
- • 8 lady fingers
- • 1 ½ Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha + 25g hot water
- • 1 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha + 10g hot water
DIRECTIONS
- Matcha Mixture
- 1. In a bowl, sift in 1½ Tbsp Matcha powder and add in 25g hot water. Whisk until there’s no lumps.
- Matcha Paste
- 1. In another bowl, sift in 1 tsp Matcha powder, add 10g hot water and mix well.
- Tiramisu
- 1. Using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whisk the whipping cream and sugar in a chilled bowl until soft peak and set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, beat the mascarpone cream until creamy and light. Add back in the whipped cream and whisk at low speed until well combined.
- 3. Remove half of the mixture. With the remaining mixture in the bowl, add in Matcha paste and mix well.
- 4. Break the ladyfingers into pieces and lightly dip into the Matcha mixture and fill it in the jar. Add a layer of plain cream mixture then a layer of Matcha cream mixture. Repeat this until it’s completely filled.
- 5. Chill the Matcha tiramisu for about 4 hours.
- 6. Dust some Matcha powder before serving.
